We booked the hotel having looked at the website and seeing bright, modern rooms in pleasant surroundings. This was not what we found! Our room was awful. The entrance door looked like someone had tried to force the lock. The outside was shabby and dull. The floor was sticky inside and the shower could have done with limescale removal so that it worked efficiently. I appreciate that this is a budget hotel but in the U.K. I would be reporting it for being against the trade descriptions act. We have stayed in many hotels in the Accor group, this one was dreadful!

Was on a 10hr drive from Spain , was welcomed by great staff at this place , very friendly, helpful and always had a smile , this is a great place to stop over and very reasonable pricing

Room was clean and equipped to suit basic needs. Small bathroom but it served it's purpose. Got a good nights sleep, bed was comfortable, there was tv in the room. Breakfast continental, all fresh.
