Definitely not the best experience

Guest Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The rooms are quite old-fashioned and there were no double beds available so we were granted 2 single beds combined into 1 which was actually not the best choice since there was a hill in between. An audibility is very high so you can clearly hear your neighbours’ every single word. Once we even woke up at night because a couple of drunk guys were arguing nearby. The village territory is not really landscaped so you just walk between cottages and there is not much nature in there. The SPA-zone is a separate topic. There is almost no option to enter a swimming pool area since the SPA-senter is overcrowded. If you come at 11 am they say the slot is extremely popular and you should come later on. You come at 2 pm - repeat, 5 pm - repeat. So we entered the swimming pool area just once and second time we came we left immediately after looking at the same picture. So did dozens of families. At the same time once you entered the SPA area you have no clue what to do for 2 hours! there. You swim for 20 mins - ok, you lay on the beds - ok, visit sauna - ok, repeat the same 2-3 times, and you still have more then 1 hour remaining. So why not just reduce the length of the sessions from 2 to 1 hour to let every single guest to be able to visit the SPA zone they actually payed for? In opposite dozens of families with children are banned from visiting it, but the lucky ones have no idea how to spend their 2 hours slot. Amazing. “Great” service. Restaurant area: nice and friendly staff, but the quality of food is not that good (enough to feel full, but not enough to feel satisfied). The waiters are extremely fast so once you decided to stand up to take some dessert for literally 30 seconds, you will come back and find there is no your 50% full plates with food any more. They are gone. I’ve seen many people really confused after coming back to their seats figuring out there is no plates in there. In total - there is a huge amount of things to do to improve current service level and a lot of time needed. Before that time - i find the price (comparable with good 4-5* hotels in Moscow) incomparable with the service level provided.

I’m Accor member for a long time, but such bad Mercure hotel i’ve been for the first time. This is not 4-starts hotel. Furniture, Environment is such old, shower in my room was partly broken. Cuisine is not tasty for 4 stars hotel.
