very well positioned in the city of Perth, clean room, comfortable beds and helpful staff. the room we got given was in great need of renovations but i think the management is currently doing up the hotel. the attached bar and restaurant is handy and the burgers very good.

We stayed at the Mecure for 4 nights. Difficult to find at first as it had been rebranded from a travel lodge. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself is very dated. Bed linen and towels were clean, but this is where it stops. The room was need of a good deep clean marks on chairs wardrobe and carpet. The underside of bath plug covered in mould thankfully we were only showering! Restaurant and bar had sporadic hours had a drink one night and spoke to bar staff who were completely in agreement that the rooms were indeed not clean enough. Believe you contract out cleaning so obviously no one is keeping a check on the standards.

Positive concerning the stay etc., but for the chauffeur of limousine service it is a problem to find the right hotel of two with the same name in adjacent blocks. We and he did wait 45min., finally phone calls helped to clear the situation. I know a trade mark is a high value, but an additive could help to recognise the difference. Good Luck!

urine stains on bed sheets

I found large urine stains on the sheets towards the foot of the bed. It was disgusting and made my stay extremely unsatisfactory. When this was presented to the front desk in the morning, along with photos, apologies were offere. However, no refund, voucher or explanation was given.

well located but room very uncomfortable

air conditioner didn't work Room was very hot and sticky reception did bring a fan up to the room which made it semi bearable
