well positioned in Perth city but in need of renovations

very well positioned in the city of Perth, clean room, comfortable beds and helpful staff. the room we got given was in great need of renovations but i think the management is currently doing up the hotel. the attached bar and restaurant is handy and the burgers very good.

Reasonably priced room for a city getaway. The staff were so polite and friendly we felt great straight away. Parking was full so I parked on the street. No big deal as it’s free parking Sat 6pm till Monday morning. Our room was spotless and cosy. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows. But what we REALLY loved was the peace and quiet. Once we shut the door we couldn’t hear a single thing. We slept better than we had in months. The 11am checkout was a nice bonus too. It’s in the quiet end of town but if you go online you’ll find some super secret bars and some amazing restaurants within 100m. We’ll go back for sure. Some things we did notice though: The hotel restaurant was there but we didn’t use it. Room service menu was too basic. We were on 1st floor with a view of cigarette butts on the tin roof. The kettle has to be the loudest one I’ve ever used, and the milk/ tea supplies are limited. Overall we were very happy with the value for money.

Achei muito velho os móveis , as funcionárias da limpeza muito grossas , sem alegria em trabalhar , exceto os da recepção .

Room is old and tired as previous reviewers Bedding was clean. Went to have a shower, hairs and soap containers from previous guest still remained in the bath. Rang reception, housekeeping came and cleaned the bath within 15 mins and apologised. Sink in bathroom has visible yellow scum/mould in drain hole. The hotel has two small lifts side by side. On night two one of the lifts was not working. It took approx 10 mins to get downstairs at dinner time due to many customers using the lift - shared small lift with about 8 people. Third day, in the morning, both lifts were not working - notified by a sign at the lift to use the stairs. We had to utilise the stairs throughout the day (approx 12 flights to reach our level) I rang reception and asked if we could leave a day early and be refunded for that night, due to lifts not working - staff member stated this could be possible however they were trying to fix them. We Decided to stay as we had a lot of belongings and did not want to transport them down 12 flights of stairs so opted to stay. One lift was fixed by late that night (11pm?) , other lift was still not working when we checked out the next day (mon morning) . Could see contractors trying to work on it. Housekeeping arrives to provide new towels ect at approx 330pm daily. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Reception staff are friendly. There is no information brochures ect in the hotel rooms. The hotel has no laundry - directed to nearest laundromat. The hotel room had one window which opens approx 10 cms. We got a discount by booking direct through Accor. Although this is one of the cheaper hotels in Perth, I do not think this is value for money and would not stay again

We stayed here for an overnight stay after an event in the city. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is old, rooms and hallways need a renovation but the bed was comfortable and shower good. Limited parking underneath. Ok for a short overnight stay but I wouldn't stay here again.
