The place is well situated, perfectly clean & comfortable and very good for short stays. But what I was most impressed about is that we were arriving late and someone contacted me with all the self check in details which worked perfectly. Excellent service thank you.

The first impression at reception was outstanding and again at breakfast with a different team. We were given a warm and friendly welcome together with advice on where to eat (next door - an excellent meal). Breakfast was simple but everything was first class. The room was simple but clean and functional. Great value.

Before arrival I was sent a very helpful phone message with all the necessary entry information . The room was perfect but when I arrived for breakfast at 8:30 I was refused. The person in charge told me in perfect English that breakfast was closed . When I showed her my reservation she began shouting in French and went outside for a cigarette with a male colleague . I am very surprised that Ibis would indulge in such fraudulent practice and that they would employ such a low class individual. Perhaps that is why it is called " budget " .
