Staff were nice and the room was clean but the building work next door meant that we couldn’t use the roof terrace like we expected to. So we had to pay for the beach club (which should be included in the hotel) which obviously cost us an extra 70£ per day. Also our door didn’t lock a couple of times. It’s just not what you expect when you pay that much money for a hotel and you can’t use the roof bar

Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would be very happy to return. The staff were faultless. The rooftop bar and pool were also fabulous. However I would note that currently accessing the pool is tricky and it could do with more steps, for those who are disabled or have mobility problems the current set-up excludes them from enjoying this very nice part of the hotel.

Nice hotel but the construction going around and starting very early in the morning is not good. Breakfast is served slow. Had to wait 25 min for scrambled eggs. Otherwise beautiful hotel, reception was very nice. I will come back, but I will ask for a quiet room.

Hotel in a great location and while they are in a soft opening it,s clear that some work is needed. Rooms are not practical, stylish but lack functionality, the night stand has no drawers with a small closet you need to maximize the furniture in the rooms. Provide style and functionality. The telephone in the room did not work and had no instructions on how to reach the from desks etc..when this was reported we were given a number to call and this also did not work. Hotel are not known for having great restaurants, but Quinto makes McDonald’s looks like Michelin star restaurant

First impression of the hotel is great - foyer lovely as are staff . As a Gold Partner with Accor I was due for an upgrade which wasn’t available and was disappointing . The hall area leading to the room was looking very tired and run down with chipped paint and dirty carpets but the room and bathroom was lovely, except for my brick wall outlook . I’m Further disappointment when I tried to use TV and chrome cast facility - wasn’t working and although someone came to my room and agreed their was a problem , nobody bothered to fix it, meaning I couldn’t watch anything on the tv except BBC and CNN . TV also wasn’t able to load room service menu so when someone finally brought one up , it was an impractical and overpriced copy of the very short restaurant menu . She looked at TV and kindly tried to make it work but couldn’t - she said sorry but there’s nothing she could do .Hotel room service menu should always have some basic dishes like a Club Sandwich, Burger , Salad or Pizza … truffled pasta for 45 euro is all very well and good but variety is important . So I’m now night three and tv issue hasn’t been fixed , pool is closed , and one of the elevators hasn’t worked since I arrived . Still no word on room upgrade …..
