Nice Hoel but the experience as made fabulous by the lovely staff in the restaurant. After a long day of driving we ent to he restaurant to eat but there was nothing on the menu suitable for me. After speaking to the waitress, the chef was able to reduce a totally bespoke meal for me that was delicious and filling. The way the staff went out fo their way to accommodate was truly lovely.

We arrived very early hours after a flight delay and left quite early so we didn't see much of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. The only downside to our stay was the shuttle service upon arrival. There was one 'yellow taxi' which could take 4 passengers per trip but there were at least 15 people waiting to arrive at the same hotel leaving us to wait for a considerable amount of time in the cold with a toddler. We had to wait for the taxi to take guests to the hotel and come back for us...but in the end we paid more than required for a local taxi to take us as it was too cold to wait around any longer.

The front desk staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was ready earlier than check-in time. The airport shuttle was punctual & comfortable.

We arrive on 28.11 at the hotel. We get the rooms normally, everything ok until here. When we check in we ask the receptionist if we can eat dinner in the restaurant. We were with the kids (4 families), 8 kids, from 2 yo to 14 yo. First she said that from 07 00 it is ok. After 5 minutes she said that they have a private party and they can not serve us. They recommended us to eat in the room.... Around 7.30, after we order in the room, we came at the restaurant for some drinks ....there was no party going on, the restaurant has some few cutomers. Hey, but the NIGHTMARE PART now is comming! Our flight was at 6 20 in the morning so we had to be in the airport at 4.20 in the morning. So, we talk to the reception to book transfer - they wrote us that the transfer is 5 euro/person - OK. She said no problem, in the morning they will transfer us. And, at 3.30 in the morning we are at the reception and gues what!!! The new receptionist (a man this time) said that he is sorry but he has no transfer for us at that hour. We ask him for a taxi instead but he said that is not his job to book us a taxi. Of course that we tried ourselves to call a cab but we had no luck. So, the only way to the airport was on foot...with luggage (many of them, we were going to Lapland) and small kids we start walking at 2 degrees outside and raining like hell. After 45 minute of walking we understand that was no chance to get to the flight. We had to stop come cars on the road and convince them to take us to the airport. So, I will let you draw the conclusion...
