From the "front of the house, to the reception, from the janitorial staff to the bar tenders, everyone was so friendly, so professional, so accommodating, I hated to leave.

Good location and comfortable rooms. Lacked tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and room service coffee ended up costing more than $20!

Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed our Midtown location and found the room comfortable, but we are truly sorry that several key details fell short during your stay. Please accept our apologies for the lack of recognition at check-in, the missing reusable water bottle, and most importantly the cleanliness issue you encountered upon arrival. This is not acceptable and has been shared with our teams. We also regret the frustration around the absence of in-room tea/coffee facilities and the cost of room service coffee, as well as your disappointment with breakfast, check-out, and overall value. For future reference, we can send a coffee machine to the room upon request, so please don't hesitate next time you visit. Your comments are invaluable and will help us improve consistency and better deliver the experience our Diamond members expect. Loved it and would go back. Wonderful service. Great lobby and restaurant. Did not give a 10 due to lack of storage space (drawers) in the room and in bathroom and $25 credit restrictions.
