We had problems with the TV, where the Channel 7 numbers were not available (in country 60 series). The previous occupant had set TV up for Google TV which meant it was difficult to navigate, but we could at least watch channel 7 on the 7+ Ap - not fully satisfactory for live events. Prior to dinner we raised the issue and was told that it would be seen to. On arrival after dinner we found it had not been and no one could reset the TV. Not having Foxtel available is also an issue, as most ALL hotels do have Foxtel, such as the Mercure in Goulburn where we also had a booking. The non availability of free to air TV is not satisfactory for a Mercure hotel

Very enjoyable. Friendly. There with work and the location was perfect. Maybe the rooms getting a bit dated and worn, for instance shower curtains but everything was clean and functionable so that is not a complaint.

Expected a far higher standard from Mercure Albury, but the experience fell short. While the bed linens were clean, basic housekeeping was overlooked—the bin hadn’t been emptied, and despite the bathroom appearing cleaned, there were still hairs on the floor and in the bathtub. The room itself felt quite basic for the price point. Breakfast was also disappointing; the eggs were fine, but the sourdough toast was undercooked and doughy, which was surprising for such a simple item.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
