Worst customer service

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Paris trip and there was the worst customer service at a hotel that I’ve ever experienced. We dropped our bags off prior to check-in time and returned after midnight. When we returned, they did not know where our luggage was. After looking in the luggage storage and asking coworkers, the front desk agent still could not locate our bags. He then told us that we should check if the bags were in our room. Handed me room keys and we went to the elevators and didn’t know what floor to go to because the floor number does not correspond to the hotel room numbers. Our bags were not there. We then had to return to the front desk, and they still had to take time to locate the bags. At this point, it was about 1am. They finally located our bags (not sure where they were) and no apologies given. Would not stay here again.

A fairly standard city hotel close to the Metro at Montparnasse. Rooms are reasonably sized, with comfy beds, but bathrooms fall short - showers are in the bath tub, so the worst of all worlds - shower not high enough to stand under, and the tubs are far too small for comfort. Anybody less agile will struggle to get in and out, as the bath tub has very high sides. Breakfast is chaotic - I was there eight nights, and sometimes the queue for a table stretched across the full length of the reception. Once inside, a further queue to be seated, and expect further long waits, as most of the coffee machines are out of service - allow at least 45 minutes for the process On the plus side, I appreciated the mini fridge in the room, and the efficient passenger lifts I’ve no idea what my client paid for this experience, but it was probably too much

Juste. Pourquoi mettre le langage en anglais dans l'ascenseur. Ce n'est pas évident de savoir que Lobby signifie "réception". Nous sommes plusieurs à essayer l'étage 0 puis 1 et ne pas comprendre.
