The staff were very helpful. Well located property if you are using the train station. Also reasonably priced compared to other hotels nearby. Also an excellent fitness centre. I went for vacation but this would be a perfect hotel for business travel.

We stayed at Pullman Paris Montparnasse for three nights. Initially, we had made a reservation through Booking.com, but there was an issue with the selected arrival month. When we arrived at the hotel, the original reservation was unfortunately not visible in the hotel system, although the payment had already been charged by Booking.com. The receptionist tried to help, but as the initial payment had not been transferred to the hotel, we had to book the room again directly at the reception. Fortunately, a similar room was still available. Apart from this situation, which seemed to be related mainly to Booking.com and not to the hotel itself, our stay was very positive. The hotel is in very good condition, the location is excellent, and the parking under the building was convenient and felt safe. Our room on the 27th floor had a beautiful east-facing view, and we enjoyed wonderful sunrises during our stay. The sky was clear during our visit and was not polluted by chemtrails, which made the morning view even more beautiful. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

While we only stayed one night, we would definitely return again. The location was convenient near the train station with many food options nearby. The breakfast was exceptional the next morning and the staff was a pleasure and very accommodating.
