We were part of a tour group who were booked here over the holidays by the tour organizer. It was very new, clean, great service and good people. But totally inadequate food availability. They hotel has one small Italian restaurant in the entire hotel. Maybe 10 tables. 957 rooms. Do the math! Room service was just the limited Italian menu from the restaurant. So every dinner/lunch has to be outside the hotel. Hotel concierge were better equipped to help us find restaurants, but almost every one of them required a taxi to get there. This was very difficult over the holidays.

Our stay at Pullman Paris Montparnasse was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, which really made a difference throughout our stay. The location was great. It’s around a 40-minute walk to some of the main sights, but honestly, after enjoying the breakfast each morning, the walk was exactly what we needed and actually built up a great appetite for a lovely meal with views of the Eiffel Tower later in the day. We were celebrating our anniversary, and when the hotel found out, they kindly upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It completely elevated our experience and made our anniversary feel even more special. We truly couldn’t thank the team enough for that surprise. Everything about this hotel — the service, comfort, atmosphere, and attention to detail — was exceptional. An amazing place to stay and the perfect choice for a special occasion. We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
