A comfortable stay!

I was a member of a group which stayed at the Pullman for a total of three divided nights. it is not central but within the confines of the city. It is a very busy hotel and in addition to this, there is construction going on outside the hotel which make drop offs, pick up and using Uber somewhat difficult. The lobby is on the second floor, the ground floor has a small manned desk for questions and directing you if need be. The Metro is down the block [very efficient system] and is a very busy station [more of a hub-at the end of the day crowded with people leaving the city after work.] There is a pharmacy and a Hema in this station along with many places to eat. There is also a Mango and a Pylones outlet. The breakfast here is excellent. You are seated according to your arrival in the dining room which is voluminous in size. The baked goods, chocolate croissants, little raisin swirls etc. are beyond excellent. Everything is fresh. I was told by our travel coordinator that there were really no money exchanging places in the area and we would have to take the train to a more central part of town. There also did not seem to be any banks in the immediate area. This did not hamper out activities since contactless payment/debit is widely accepted. It was a comfortable stay, it is a little off the beaten path but with the Metro nearby, getting to where the action is is a subway ride away.

A quick trip to Paris and this hotel was in a good location to take in the sights. Close to the Metro and lots of places to eat around it.

The hotel was beautiful. Large rooms and bathroom. Very comfortable. Top notch bed linens. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Easy walk to the train/metro station. Some fantastic non-touristy restaurants near the hotel. Great indoor shopping area next door to pick groceries and necessities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Let me start with.... We spent over $1100 in your hotel, when I checked out, not a Thank you from anyone of the people standing around the reception area. The bell man was reading his iPhone instead of looking for my Taxi that had not arrived at the time I had reserved the night before. When I asked at 5 mins late, he went outside and found the Taxi, but the taxi left. When I checked in, there were several people standing around the reception area, but I had to ask if I was in the right place. Last the Sky Bar is nice... but again the waiter up there could care less if we had drinks, after paying 50euro to get in. Seems like there were more employees at the SkyBar than customers. We were there early.... Last, why would you want people eating take-out food in your lobby. When we arrive the Hamburger restaurant was only offering take-out. So we got take-out and ate in your lobby. Many were doing this. Not a great look for you beautiful lobby. All this boils down to is The Pullman seem indifferent to its customers.
