Good location. Good breakfast menu. Reception staff is good. Family room is good space but not clean in corners, fall ceiling is too low for bunk bed. Mosquitoes in room. Lizard in room hiding in toilet it was there whole time. Not a big problem but When we arrived there was no bell person at the reception to help us with baggages.

Our recent 8-day stay at Novotel Phuket Resort was truly a wonderful and relaxing experience. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making our long stay extremely comfortable. The resort campus itself is beautifully maintained, with lush surroundings and multiple stunning swimming pools that add to the overall charm and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the cordial and welcoming staff, who were always helpful and ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout. We also really appreciated the convenient facilities provided by the resort, especially the pick-up and drop services to the main gate and Phuket market area, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket.
