Hi Jasmine, Thank you for providing us with feedback on your recent stay with us. Your feedback is valued and I have passed on your comments to management regarding the villa needing some TLC with the furniture and cleanliness of the room. The cleaning in particular will be addressed immediately however we are in the midst of a refurbishment across the property so it is in motion to get all of our villas new furnishings. If you are looking for something more luxurious on your next stay, please contact us to book our Deluxe Three Bedroom Villa rather than our Classic styled villa. While we do aim to call guests if their room is ready earlier, if we are unable to do so, we recommend checking in at the scheduled time. We regret that your room did not meet your expectations.
