I prepared $300 worth of food for dinner so the whole family could eat together, but the power went out and we couldn’t eat any of it. It was the worst day. On top of that, the power came back the next day but the internet wasn’t working, so an important meeting had to be cancelled.

Overall accommodation was nice. Well located, clean and perfect for us. Something worth noting however: - the bath plug is jammed. Water seeps out but sediment such as sand remains. This needs repairing. - the electrical in the main upstairs bathroom are fried. The lights don’t always turn on, and even when they do can cause the other lights in the unit to turn on and off. (Not great for a midnight toilet break) - could use some pest control measures. Had several insects including spiders and cockroaches particularly in the master bedroom. - for a place who offers beach access, I was disappointed you didn’t provide a broom for me to sweep. It wasn’t enough to warrant needing housekeeping but enough that it was annoying under foot. The provided banister brush was not sufficient.

Overall stay was very pleasant.its a beautiful resort and the villa is very nice and clean and the facilities in the resort is great too. However, the resort need to control a bit with the visitors at the pool who left their towels on the chair and table first thing in the morning without being there and come back at their own convenient time. A lot of family’s with young kids were there later and not be able to use and find a table/ chairs for their family as someone has left the towels there so they are unsure if the table is being used.

Meal in the club house was cold, floors are disgracefully dirty buffet breakfast very ordinary, appartments very dirty. Very very disappointed Gardens lovely.
