Miscommunication, my parking was taken first day and I had to find another parking. First morning breakfast the waiter told us that we don’t have breakfast included in our accommodation, I had to search and show her my booking confirmation details. The breakfast in general was poor and nothing was getting refilled unless I asked and adding on top of that the bad fishy smell from almost all the plates. We were three families with three same booking. All my friends got an upgrade villa and even one of them got a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates except me. I was not bothered to contact and discuss why as I was already having enough bad experience. Should I mention the closed gym as well??

We stayed in room 1001 on arrival we noticed our balcony was not accessible . Looks like some repairs were taking place . This was very disappointing when this hadn’t been communicated with us prior to arriving . The outdoor setting was unable to be used as it was covered in building materials . We have young children 2 yr old twins , 8 & 9 yrs so I found this to be very unsafe. On our first trip to the pool the swipe to open was not working (appeared to be smashed & needing repair ) we had to walk all the way around to the opposite side of the pool with 4 kids to again access to a gate that actually worked . The kettle in our room also did not work . & tv downstairs was very temperamental - sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t . We were very much looking forward to our stay, but all of these things were disappointing .

Comfortable spacious room well equipped but studio design poor with much wasted space. Excellent breakfast. Accor APP not working properly which was annoying. Golf course looks fantastic but no time to play. Excellent resort setup & great for golfing groups.

We love the layout of Magenta Shores resort with its 3pool areas, parking space at the door and comfortable accomodation. Although there were a couple of hiccups in our room with TV and internet help was promptly obtained. We enjoyed a meal at Barrett’s and at Shallows bar where the menu could be more varied. Breakfast buffet was sparse and did not have the choice of other Accor hotels. However this may be because we could have made our own breakfast in our room. This we may do on our next visit. We love this resort and have been here numerous times and will keep coming back.
