Villa was clean & spacious. Fabulous comfy king bed. Villa had a shower & bath. Both restaurants had great food. Staff attentive & friendly. I used the indoor pool & gym which was great. Beach access from the Resort was definitely a bonus. My husband played golf, challenging course, plenty of bunkers ! Great 3 night stay.

I made the mistake of relying on the expectation I had of the Pullman experience. That led to disappointment and embarrassment of my choice in front of the person I was sharing the weekend with. And it persisted at every experience.

I was very dissappointed. We spent top dollar to stay in what was advertised as a 5 star resort for 7 nights. Our expectations were based on my usual Pullman experience, which has always been fantastic. The room we were given on the first night was terrible - carpet stains, marks all over the walls, no styling, outdoor furniture in the lounge room, outdoor table was detriorated to the point of needing disposal, bathroom sink cracked, huge water stain on the ceiling below the bathroom had been patched but not painted, unpatched holes in the wall. They gave us $50 dining credit and then moved us to a different room the next day which was nicer. The internet never worked enough to provide "smart tv" so we had to use our hot spot to watch any shows. The aircon didn't work, so we were cold for 4 nights before they finally provided a heater to use. The repair guys had come to fix the aircon and claimed to have fixed it however no one informed us. The breakfast buffet was average at best. The food at the restaurant at night had very little flavour (a $40 linguine that was just some cream poured on to the pasta, no garlic, no herbs, etc). We will never stay there again. The staff were lovely and tried their very best to fix all the issues for us but to be honest, they were working with a product that was not as advertised. I am not happy to have paid $2,000 for 7 nights. $50 dining credit was a drop in the ocean, I would have been happy with the accomodation if I'd paid $1400 but the price was way over the top for what we received.

While I’m glad to hear our staff treated you with care and did their best to resolve issues during your stay, I also understand your frustration that the core product did not meet expectations. and I regret that we were not able to do more at the time. Your comments have been taken very seriously and shared with our leadership and operations teams. We are currently reviewing the room standards, maintenance processes, and food quality to ensure improvements are made.
