Everything was ok but I’m extremely disappointed about the service I received from the lady at the restaurant during breakfast time she was an older lady with short blonde hair wearing glasses..she was rude slammed the dinnerware yelled at my son about hash browns mind you we paid for this breakfast it’s not free and she seemed racist as I I’m Muslim and did t like that we were there we received the same cold shoulder each day we were there I will be leaving a bad review as she made a experience horrible

Front desk were so helpful & friendly at every dealing. Pools areas were fantastic, grounds staff were all very friendly. We got an unexpected room upgrade due to a conference. Which was amazing. (Only downfall was there were dead cockroaches in the living areas of our room & floors were gritty & dirty… if we had we had our children with us, it would of been something I would requested be cleaned but didn’t bother with our short stay just with 2 adults).
