Beautiful resort, but disappointingly dirty. We loved the hotel and the amenities are great but the apartments were so dirty and filthy. The sofa in particular was heavily stained, all the bedspreads had stains, there was food on the floor, the placemats for the able were filthy, the glass wear was covered in grease. We raised this with reception on our first day and was told housekeeping would come the next day but they never came. We raised it again on departure and was told they raise it with management to come back to us but we did not hear back. We have photos of how dirty the apartment was.

Great Location overlooking the golf course. We liked the facilities (3 pools, bar, restaurant, tennis courts), however villa / rooms are old and need a refresh and paint. Cleaning before our arrival could of been better.

Very disappointing. Location was great. Golf course was great. Unfortunately, the 3 bedroom villa unit was very poor. Generally dirty with rotting carpet and stained and dirty curtains. Dirt and mold in the corners and dirty outside furniture. The rooms definitely fell short Pullmans usual high standards. Does not recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our room stay and use of the facilities such as pool, gym and golf course. Restaurant is closed Monday so had to dine out. Assistant manager who served us was helpful. Previous staff member failed to call me when room was ready (we had arrived early) so I waited quite a while and went back to check myself. They had good holiday activities for kids including a jumping castle
