The resort is less staff need more attention. The rooms full of dust we have to look at other rooms till we choose the one suits us. Spider webs on outside windows and bathroom ceiling not good enough for a 4/5 star resort. The sauna/steam room always off it takes 2 hrs after we switch on to work not good no one attending the pools facility the breakfast is poor as there's not enough staff to see which food needs to be refill the mushrooms is the worse we've eaten in a hotel.

Extremely Disappointing & Over Priced

I live on the Central Coast & I booked 1 night here as I was attending a Work Farewell Dinner. To be honest, I was extremely unimpressed with my room that I paid over $320 for a Friday night. No housekeeking or breakfast included and a VERY dated looking room.This price was comparable to a Sydney Hotel that I often stay at, yet so below that standard. I would not recommend this Hotel for good valve at all on a Friday night or weekend. Probably highly unlikely I would ever stay again!

The rooms are old and not cleaned properly. The hot water and cold water taps does not work properly. Overall, there is not great appearance for the rooms. And the food is not feeling fresh. My experience is average. The positive is the golf course. Good one and I enjoyed that.

Relaxing weekend with the family. Staying at the resort meant we could play golf at the Magenta Golf Club.

Arrival, no acknowledgement, given hard keys to room Didn't work. Given new room and card keys, told 902 by Tutu. Someone in room Returned to reception, told no it is 904 Given 1306? I think. Settled in for night. 11am our guest found flooding downstairs from laundry covering to the bottom of steps. Foul odour. They swept it up. Nxt morning, we found it had flooded under table towards lounge area. Used towels to get downstairs into kitchen area. Left room by verandah door. Michelle was on reception. She said she would get housekeeping onto it.i requested a room move. She said she would organise but couldn't do it now and she would get housekeeping when she could. Came and had breakfast and then Given room 1806 (I think, so many rooms not sure on actual numbers). We had to change our plans for the day as we had to move rooms again. We were offered final night free. I feel this is inadequate. The whole stay should have been refunded.
