so basic amenities . reception always not attended, when we requested fir basic dental kit and slippers we ere declined stating " were fully booked so we ran out of supplies" nit impressed!! breakfast buffet isnt very good

When checking in , rooms were not ready.. They kept delaying check in..rooms were still being cleaned.. Once we were in , the villa was not very clean.. They were extremely understaffed. They did the best they could do with lack of staffing.

Pretty good - nice big room, nice common facilities and gym; my only negative is the resort needs a little refresh - paint on walls coming off, mirror in bathroom old and stained etc.

We have enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had a good time and appreciated the school holiday activities and the spacious villas. However, breakfast was lacking and we were not informed about our choices as Platinum members. Finally, the facilities are on the older side.

An Unpleasant Stay and Future Concerns I originally visited to meet with the events planner, but due to the long drive, I decided to stay the night. Unfortunately, our apartment had a persistent, unpleasant odor. We initially thought it was just a stuffy smell that would dissipate, so we left the balcony door open before heading to dinner. However, three hours later, the smell remained. We contacted reception, and Tito promptly arrived to spray the room and offered us a different villa. Given the late hour, we opted to stay after he treated the room. Regrettably, the smell returned around 2 AM, causing me to become ill and I threw up. My husband and I were unable to sleep due to the overwhelming odor, and we had to open the balcony door again. The following morning, I reported the incident to reception and requested follow-up within a day or two, but I haven't heard anything since. I'm particularly concerned about this experience because we have a birthday party scheduled there in August, with six villas booked for guests, some of whom are traveling internationally. I would be very upset if they had a similar experience.
