Mercure Grenoble Centre Porte des Alpes has good public transport links to the Alpexpo, WTC and Minatec convention centers. 15 min by car from Grenoble train station and near the Voie Verte cycling path. 10 minutes from the motorways, at the gateway to the Alps, close to the main winter sports resorts: Villard-de-Lans, Chamrousse and Les 7 Laux.

Grenoble, "Capital of the Alps", is 1 hour from Lyon (A48), Chambéry (A41) and Valence (A49). For your international trips, the nearest airports are Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport and Geneva Airport.

Beautiful hotel right in the edge of the mountains . Free WiFi and good choices for breakfast .a train ride of 2 hours from Geneva airport lots of nice unique shops in the area

Cold showers and resturant is closed over the weekend. The Food trays are left in the hall wall for long periods of time.
