Great location, beds and view

As you would expect from the fairmont the hotel, reception and beds were first class. We paid for a harbour view room which did not disappoint. Well worth the upgrade price if it’s your first time in Singapore. Housekeeping and the doorman who greeted us for breakfast every day were so friendly (Ismail). Sadly though on all three days of our stay the breakfast was chaotic and a number of the team were rude. We tried both places. Neither was good. There were queues every morning. It took ages to find a seat. One morning by the time we got food from the buffet the table was reset. The waiter complained that there was a queue at the door that’s why he cleaned the table away! The next day I ordered a coffee and when it arrived it came with a biscotti. I asked her whether it was suitable for vegans (I had ordered a ‘vegan’ coffee) to which she replied ‘it’s a biscuit and walked away. It was impossible to get anyone’s attention for advice on food and when you managed to flag someone down they were quite often rude. In the end I had to find the manager who rectified the situation after telling me it was the front of house who were to blame as they did not pass on the relevant information to the restaurant. Aree was the only lady that was kind enough to say hello having recognised us from the previous morning. I would come back to this hotel on a room only rate. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall so you can buy breakfast really easily.

It was a great experience staying at Fairmont Hotel. It provides us with great facilities such as fitness centre, spa, swimming pool, bars and restaurants. I like the gym a lot as the ambience of the gym makes me feel motivated and fitter physically when doing my workouts. We had a welcome drink and spent our night at the bar there, Antidote. Thank you for the awesome stay!

Loved my stay in Fairmont! The tennis facility and pool were so good for my kids. Staff are also so friendly and welcoming - special shoutout to hotel staff Pavan and Navanee for making our stay here so comfortable and always providing us with everything we need in the room. Thank you!

Thank you front desk Lydia for the kind hospitality when we checked in. She was very helpful and friendly. Very professional. The room was amazing and huge. House keeping was also very prompt to serve our needs definitely gonna come back again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Singapore.

Spacious, well appointed rooms with modern fixtures and classic charm. We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Singapore. Warm reception the moment we arrived (past midnight!) and great service all the way through. Beds were comfortable and we loved the eco-friendly touches and readily available hot water! People raved about the buffet on the review but I thought the Asian Market buffet was good, not great. The Asian hot items didn’t seem fresh but the fresh noodle bar made up for it. Although at some days it was self service, some it was full service. It really shouldn’t be self-service give the boiling hot water!!! Pool area is well maintained and drinks/food service was great although pricey as expected. All in all, had a great stay and loved the facilities!
