I had not previously stayed at this hotel since its rebrand to Fairmont. It continues to be a landmark for good hospitality and for delivering on its promise. The attention to detail is clear in interactions with the property from its welcome emails and pre-registration through to the individual welcomes from each member of staff. Fairmont Gold Lounge is an excellent value add and the team here does an exceptional job of catering to each guests individual needs. The hotel clearly values its guests and seeks to ensure that each has the experience they wish to have. As someone who stays a lot at Accor properties this property is a compelling reason to stay loyal to the brand and its loyalty program. Hospitality exists at the margins and in the finer details and this is a property that certainly recognises this. Well done to the entire team. I will return.
