We had a fabulous time - the spa, pool and gym are first rate. Great range of restaurants in the complex and close by. Mookie, in the spa is a first class Masseur removing all those aches and pains!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Fairmont Singapore was nothing short of exceptional service from a truly world-class hotel. From arrival to departure, every interaction reflected the highest standard of hospitality, care and professionalism. A heartfelt and well deserved special mention to Bern, Robert, Lovein, John, and one other incredible team member who made a lasting impression on us (I wish i remembered his name .. i know it starts with R) who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine dedication made all the difference. Always welcoming, always thoughtful, and always willing to help. They are a true credit to Fairmont and embody what outstanding service looks like. The hotel itself is elegant, impeccably maintained and perfectly located, offering both comfort and sophistication. However, what truly sets Fairmont Singapore apart is its people. The entire team delivers excellence with ease, creating an experience that feels seamless, personal and effortlessly luxurious. This was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is amazing. We stayed at the Fairmont on the gold floor. And I had the privilege of having access to the gold floor lounge. James, Zach, Ham and Raquel were amazing. James took care of us - at the fairmont and elsewhere. That is amazing in itself. Not just about the hotel - but us too. James took care of ensuring we were taken care of with pictures that will last a lifetime. He did not let us miss the opportunity to get a picture overlooking the bay. Now that I look at those pictures I think wow thank you James!
