A disappointing suite that is subpar for a 5 Star hotel…but the team in the Gold lounge with Sam, Alan, Zack, Ansel and James won us back. I would like to make special mention of James who was simply brilliant, he made us feel special, welcome and comfortable, his attention to detail and his quality of service was impeccable…Thank you James and the hotel owes you a deep level of gratitude for making up for their shortfalls…well done, keep the good work up, you will go a long way in the hospitality business…the breakfast crew in the lounge were also great !

From the elegant room to the thoughtful surprises, the team went above and beyond to create a magical experience. A special shoutout to the Fairmont Gold Lounge team (James, Ansel, Zhiqi, Jeremiah, Alan, Syakirah, and Maya) for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They made us feel genuinely cared for at every moment. Thanks also to Jeslin and Robert for the warm welcome and personal touches that made our stay even more special.
