The whole team at Fairmont Singapore were amazing! I would recommend this hotel for your accomodation and stay! Nothing was too much trouble for the customer facing staff and the behind the scenes team were excellent! Our room was always immaculately maintained with the card showing us tomorrows weather a beautiful little touch! We were lucky enough to have Fairmont Gold service and access. Jest, Hazah, Zach and June made every breakfast and canapés a wonderful experience. The team organised transfers, dinner reservations and even check out to be a great experience! The management team at Fairmont Singapore obviously realise how important it is for their staff to make their guests feel like family and a home away from home. You can stay at any hotel and get a hotel room - but it makes it so wonderful when hotels like Fairmont Singapore invest in their team to make sure they make your stay such a personal and caring experience! Thanks again to all the team!

My husband and I enjoyed a marvellous staycation at Fairmont Hotel from 16 to 19 June 2025. We enjoyed the wonderful service at the Gold Lounge Access with James, June, Halim, Zach, Syakirah Jess and Maya with their attentiveness, cheerfulness, and efficiency. The breakfast and evening cocktails prepared by the chefs were delicious and impressive, and we enjoyed the Eggs Benedict every morning. My husband and I were also impressed with the housekeeper, Ramalingam. He greeted us daily with his warm and cheerful demeanour, going about the housekeeping duties in our suite very efficiently, without compromising on the very detailed cleaning and with a perpetual smile on his face. We look forward to booking our future staycation in Fairmont Hotel.

The bed was massive and the pillows were thick but melted to whatever you liked. Great location and spectacular view of the Marina Bay. Best of all was the quality of the Gold Lounge and the high level of attention shown to us by Ham and Syakirah, which was amazing. These two very friendly, highly informative and attentive staff were the cause of us to want to return.
