Very nice hotel in a beautiful area. 5min walk from the underground. Amazing view from the room and the rooftop bar. Teejay was very welcoming and friendly during our checking. The room was clean, comfortable and quite. Had a drink in the rooftop bar. Fantastic view of London and staff also friendly and welcoming. Thanks to my waiter Thierryna. I would definitely recommend and come back in this hotel. Thank you.

Hotel was ok, but my experience with the staff was disappointing. The check in staff gave me no information at all. The 38 floor coat check/check in person was miserable and had a chip on their shoulder. I’ve cancelled all future bookings as I found this place very judgmental. Room was good, carpets need changing.

People in the reception even don't know if they have a stamp. Besides, they didn't help us to change the description in the invoice. Toilet near the spa center is dirty. Roof top bar is good. Breakfast is good. Housekeeping is normal. There are not slippers in the rooms.

Regarding the invoice, please note that for bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com or other travel agencies, we are unfortunately limited in our ability to modify certain invoice details, including the billing address. When reservations are made directly with us, we are able to add any address the guest requires. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the slippers, these are included in our Executive rooms and higher categories. For other room types, like the one you booked, slippers are available free of charge upon request at reception.
