I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Canary Wharf, and I wanted to take a moment to recognise the exceptional service I received from Rado, a member of the hotel’s team. From the moment I arrived, Rado went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness really stood out and made my stay that much better. He made check-in a breeze, went out of his way to help me get a room with a great view of the city, provided all information on the hotels’ amenities and even provided great recommendations for local attractions, which I really appreciated. It's not every day that you encounter such attentive and caring staff, and Rado truly enhanced my experience. The hotel itself is fantastic—modern, comfortable, and ideally located for a business trip with a great breakfast —but it's the outstanding service that really made it memorable. I’ll definitely be returning (I’ve just rebooked for my next business trip to London) and would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you again to all the staff, especially Rado, for your exceptional hospitality!

Stayed for 1 night only as night away without the kids. Emailed prior to arrival notifying hotel that it was our anniversay. Prompt reply and noted that they would try and upgrade the room if available. On arrival they did upgrade to a ciyy view room on the 26th floor. The lift is lightning fast and our ears popped with the quick change of altitude! Lovely room, with great bathroom and a fancy touch button instant frost glass screen into the huge double shower. Amazing views of London City via floor to ceiling window...considering we both have a fear of heights! Breakfast is even higher...top of this skyscraper hotel, floor 39 with all around views of London. Staff will try and get you a seat with a view, which is amazing once the fear subsides. The selection and quality of food is fantastic. An excellent breakfast and happy staff. This hotel has a lovely pool in the basement and small gym. A really amazing modern hotel, with comfy room, cracking views, great food, pleasant staff and only 5 minutes walk to the jubilee line tube station.

Enjoyed the experience very much was there for husbands 40th. Only reason it’s not a 10 is because we were given a free drink voucher for his birthday and we couldn’t use it on 80% of the drinks so was useless for a spirit drinker. I get champagne and things like that. But if you’re offering a free voucher to enhance someone stay and as a gift , could have made it a useful voucher.

Lovely hotel but room not so good

Upon entering the hotel, we were really impressed, the staff were welcoming and friendly. We went up to our room and the view was phenomenal, however upon entering the shower, we were less impressed. The shower head was thick with limescale and trickled out. The carpets had alot of stain marks on them and the bed was incredibly hard, so much so we struggled to sleep well and woke with bad shoulders and backs. I would say that when I complained, the customer service was very good and what we were offered was very good. However, we were less impressed with the cooked breakfast due to it being cooked and left on the bain marie for so long. The other selections for breakfast were very good though. I have given only 1 star due to the room and bed.

Bad Customer Service !!!.

One evening I ranged the receptionist to ask for maintenance personnel to attend to the wash basin which water was not flowing away. The reply from the receptionist was ALL rooms are the same. He suggested to change room. I then asked if all rooms is the same what is the point of changing ?? He suggested I wait for maintenance personnel the following day that starts work at 9 am . I agreed. The following day the maintenance guy came and resolved the choke. The work was less than 5 minutes and it was cleared. Another occasion, I went to the reception in the evening to ask for a knife to cut fruits. I was told by a lady receptionist there isn’t any. I reasoned with her and she suggested if I insist, she suggested approaching the bar ( think is 32nd floor) and I went and managed to get it without a question asked. The attitude of these receptionists are deplorable and sickening .
