Stay was fine but I did not get sent an invoice so now I'm having to chase up for an invoice. I checked with reception before i left that an invoice would be sent - and clearly you have my email as you have sent me this email. Please can you work on making this a more automated process so people dont have to waste time chasing for it.

The hotel is conveniently located for business travel in Canary Wharf, making it an appealing option for those who need easy access to the local offices and transport links. The proximity to key business hubs is definitely one of its strongest points. However, the stay itself was less comfortable than expected. The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely firm—almost rock‑hard—which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. For a hotel positioned at this price point and catering to business travelers, a higher standard of comfort would normally be expected. Breakfast was another disappointment. At £25 per person, it felt significantly overpriced, especially given that the quality and variety didn’t justify such a premium cost. For travelers who need an efficient and good‑value start to the day, this may not feel like a worthwhile expense. Overall, while the location is excellent for business needs, the comfort level and value for money fell short of expectations. With some improvements to room comfort and a more reasonably priced breakfast offering, this could be a much stronger choice for business travelers.
