Was there for business and looking to have a smooth and customer oriented service. Very terrible service at check out. Not customer nor service oriented. Do not recommend. Rooms are standard but for a king size bed would have expected 1 bed and not 2 beds with 2 mattresses united. Access is not easy and straight forward.

Feezov Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The rooms in hotels have personalities. The design tells you story about the hotel and the place. Every time i go to hotel, i meditate in what i name the hotel meditation. In MoA Mercure Berlin, the room gives warmth, everything is generous, wide space for everything, to walk inside the room, to sleep, to work, to put your clothes. Room is also quiet and well isolated. the hotel location is super convenient, in the same building you can find big super market and all kind of purchases you need through different shops. Outside and near to hotel there are many good options of restaurants just steps away. I feel all this like a big hug in Berlin

my view at my stay was very okay, the amenities are good and will make more visit in the future. I really had fantastic meal at the restaurant – the foods were delicious and beautifully presented. The services were also excellent, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lodging and great dining experience.

22h without water in the room

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. For 22 hours, there was no water in my room, making it impossible to shower or even use the toilet. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not cleaned, and an unbearable odor filled the room since I couldn't flush or use the facilities properly. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, an unexpected pipe burst occurred resulting in a water disruption. We understand how uncomfortable this was, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience. While we offered alternative facilities such as restrooms and showers in other parts of the hotel, we realize this was not an ideal solution. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, we acknowledge that the water issue also affected the bathroom, which was not cleaned as usual. This was due to the lack of water, which made it impossible for our housekeeping team to properly maintain the facilities. Staff were amazing and the hotel was top class. Andre’s was the man. I would recommend him for a top position in the company. Conference was clean and open Beer was chilled and the food was top notch. If I was to stay in Berlin again I would definitely stay here. Great value for money
