Tunde O Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

my view at my stay was very okay, the amenities are good and will make more visit in the future. I really had fantastic meal at the restaurant – the foods were delicious and beautifully presented. The services were also excellent, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lodging and great dining experience.

22h without water in the room

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. For 22 hours, there was no water in my room, making it impossible to shower or even use the toilet. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not cleaned, and an unbearable odor filled the room since I couldn't flush or use the facilities properly. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, an unexpected pipe burst occurred resulting in a water disruption. We understand how uncomfortable this was, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience. While we offered alternative facilities such as restrooms and showers in other parts of the hotel, we realize this was not an ideal solution. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, we acknowledge that the water issue also affected the bathroom, which was not cleaned as usual. This was due to the lack of water, which made it impossible for our housekeeping team to properly maintain the facilities. We deeply regret that this affected your stay and appreciate your understanding. Please know that we have just sent you a direct email. Staff were amazing and the hotel was top class. Andre’s was the man. I would recommend him for a top position in the company. Conference was clean and open Beer was chilled and the food was top notch. If I was to stay in Berlin again I would definitely stay here. Great value for money

The pillow is fluffy but it was bit smelly. Not pillow cover. Pillow cover was clean. Actually linen was nice and clean. In further review, bathroom was tidy and clean. Good location. In overall review, the Mercure hotel MOA Berlin is great place to stay.

montepellegrino Families - TripAdvisor review

Good locatiom. Very close to U bahn. Despite it is not in the city center, it can be easily reached by public transports very quickly. I has a junior suite room. It was large enough with two bedrooms (one with a bed sofa not so comfortable). Cleanless acceptable. I fond a sock (not beloning to us on the floor close to in bed) and a piece of cheese close to the other bed. Towels not often replaced despite I left them on the floor. After the shower we started using the bathrobe. Breakfast excellent with a large variety of food (salted and sweet). Nearby the hotel nothing to do. You must move to the city center. During my stay I had a problem with the shower. I warned the reception about thi9s before my breakfast. Once returned to my room, the problem was already fixed. Very fast troubleshooting
