A remarkable decline in the quality of this establishment accompanying the successive changes in brand from Sofitel to NEST. In my opinion, this establishment can in no manner be considered as a 5 star hotel and suggesting that it is when booking is not only deceptive but very close to fraud. The entire place is run down and dirty. Never again.

Restaurant closed. Air conditionning not working. No bath towel in my room.

I apologize if there was a miscommunication but our restaurant in only closed during the week ends.We only changed for the summer our layout with an outdoor option and a new menu. Please be assured that your feedback will be shared about the AC and the towels. The room at the NEST Paris La Defense it was very clean and comfortable. The location is fair, as is between 15 to 30 minutes of the main attractions in Paris, and the metro station is a minute away. The only two issues that my family and I were that the lobby smell bad, like "Cheese doodles" or dirty feet, and there is a lot of construction around the hotel, and it sound like there was maintenance being done to the hotel. There were loud hammering noises until about 11:00 PM.

However, there is some construction going on in the tunnel below the hotel, we have had a few days with late noise which we have since asked them to stop as it is a disturbance for our guests. A well situated hotel with all amenities and pleasant stuff, but rather hard to locate by taxi as the entrance by car is effectively underground with lots of construction work. 2 different uber taxis had troubles locating the drop off area, as the address seemed to lead on a bridged road above in the middle of nowhere. But it was also difficult to pinpoint the pickup area for taxi services. The reception handled perfectly getting us a local taxi, but still the price difference for the ride was rather big.
